The hotel is in a great location and the staff were excellent. Cynthia was very helpful on check in with suggestions on places to eat and things to see. We were in town for the AC/DC concert and being close to a subway stop was perfect.

This hotel was decent, with an okay breakfast, certainly reasonable for the price. The location is good, near lots of amenities of downtown and mont royal. The fridge in our room did not work and the room was very warm, which was disappointing, but the bed was comfortable and everything else was satisfactory.

We had another wonderful stay at Château Versailles! This was our third year staying here, and it was definitely worth the six-hour drive to Montreal. There’s just something about the atmosphere here that we really enjoy. It’s warm, charming and welcoming, and the housekeeping is always great. Delicious breakfast and secured valet parking topped it off. A special shoutout to Ibrahim and Robert — you guys are absolutely fantastic! Always so friendly and welcoming, and you truly make our stay that much more enjoyable. Three years in a row and we’ll definitely be back for a fourth! ❤️

Dislike: The breakfast was like minimum wage, if they could get away with giving you less, they would. Like: Rooms are nice, bed comfy, historic building. Good location for food and public transport. Take away: If you're choosing this place over another just because of breakfast included, I'd reconsider.

Ideally situated for my business in the city. Clean and quite well appointed room, adequate breakfast. Staff was helpfull with information. It was not a problem for me but older people may have a concern with the lack of an elevator and the steep steps at the entry.

Friendly staff, walking distance to many stores, eateries, and close to subway/bus for further options. Room was clean, however, the bathroom was in need of a deep clean as there were black marks all over the door. It’s a four floor building, which means several trips over many stairs with luggage. Thankfully the staff were eager to help and we were very appreciative. This is actually our preferred place to stay downtown with its beautiful architecture. The layout is abit weird but when you learn it was originally two buildings made into one, it makes sense. Continental breakfast of boiled egg, toast, fruit, cheese and ham is included with your stay. Valet parking is also a very nice addition, for a price that is not overly expensive. Overall, very happy with our stay.
