“Few reminders, Cleaning is every other day, unless you request it. So be aware. Breakfast menu is almost the same every day. Could get boring if you stat long.”

“We had problems with the air conditioning unit in our room. There was a constant wincing sound from the fan motor. The hotel could not resolve the issue. The technician apparently did not have the part. It was stuffy in the room because of this and we could not open the windows. The temperature control panel fell off when I tried to press a button... I think that this place has a lot of potential, but clearly, they need to upgrade the cooling/heating systems in the rooms.”

“We found the environment loud late at night. Access was very awkward through a different building and two elevators.”

“The property was centrally located and close to all events we wanted to attend. Verry good vibe through the whole place. Loved the different music themes.”

“Our room was very outdated compared to the room shown in the Expedia photos (old stinky carpet, etc). Apparently they have a large section of the hotel that’s been modernized but we didn’t luck out. Also the parking wasn’t accessible directly under the hotel…we had to walk down corridors, walkways, down flights of stairs (no elevator to get there), etc. Staff were very helpful and lovely though and helped improve our stay”
