Next day they didnt do it and said we have to give notice 24hrs in advance. Staff is not that friendly except for maybe one person. When you are paying a hotel you expect to receive all the services as you are paying full. Even a bottle of water cost but you dont get your room cleaned everyday and you have to remind them and...

“Amazing overall”

“This was our second stay at this hotel with our dog and it won't be our last. Staff are friendly and accommodating and the room was clean. We were next to the stairwell which was convenient for us and our dog, however there were children running up and down in the stairwell late at night making a lot of noise for 10 minutes or so which woke us and our dog up. Other than that, our stay was great. Highly recommend taking advantage of the breakfast if you are staying there. ”
