El hotel está súper bien ubicado ! Me encantó el piano bar que tienen , lo único que no me gustó es que las habitaciones olían a cigarrillo .

This property has gone wayyyy down. The Opal tower wreaks of mildew. The cleaving staff is nice but ineffective. In the morning, the bathroom had an extremely bad sewer smell that was almost unbearable.
The common areas are dirty. Terrible property.

I had a wonderful stay! The check in was super easy and quick with the self check in machine. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was great. The restaurants at the hotel had excellent food and the service too and with the Rio rewards you get special discounts. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
