Cleaning lady Maria was the sweetest . We had to reheat a mini fridge… there’s an ice machine but no water, no microwave… they want you to spend money in food and it was apparent when you walked into the room. No metal cups at the pool. Make sure to bring a plastic one that’s empty!! no food at the pool… literally any reason for you to spend money

If you check in be sure to check in close to 3 pm. We arrived at 8 AM. We were told they are cleaning the rooms and they will text us when the room is ready. We walked, eat, shop and gamble and we still didn't get a text. We didn't get our room til almost 4PM. We barely have time to unpack, take a nap, shower and get ready for the Guns N' Roses Concert which is at the Allegiant Stadium. Kudos to Taylor at the Front Desk. She was friendly and helpful.
