“We loved our stay at the Pines. We enjoyed three nights in the motel section and it was very comfortable and clean. There are a few nice places to relax just outside your door here, including a heated pool and a beautiful fire pit. The staff went over and above to make sure we were well taken care of. There isn’t much in the way of food or restaurants within walking distance but you can go up the road about 5 km for great coffee at the wharf!”

“The hotel was very nice and had beautiful views and amenities, and the staff went out of their way to help when we had any questions. We particularly enjoyed the dinner at the Fluke one night. However, for pricey room in a building that was so recently constructed, it was surprising how loud the footsteps were on the floor above us. If you want to stay here and are not on the top floor, be prepared to hear your upstairs neighbors. I would recommend bringing earplugs.”
