Parking, breakfast and staff were great. However the windows leaked in our room and I was disappointed that the pool was closed for most of our stay. When it did open it was freezing and there was water dripping from the roof into the pool

Hot breakfast with more than the usual breakfast continental, friendly staff, free parking and a 3 min walk around the back of hotel had stores. We have a 1 yr old, it was nice walk to pick up some milk. Family oriented.. thank you for the great stay. PEI yearly vacations.. definitely stay here again.

The hotel was fine but definitely not a 4.5 star hotel as listed on Expedia. The staff was very nice and helpful. However, the hotel is very dated, old and worn out. The rooms were also old and a bit dirty and the beds were not comfortable.

The two level room was unique. Unfortunately the water slide was broken, and had been broken for three weeks. It was one of the main reasons our kids picked this location. It would have been helpful to know about this breakdown earlier so we could have looked for other locations. The hotel is old and you can tell

Excellent Staff. We left an iPad in the room and returned hours later to retrieve it. The Maintenance staff went above and beyond to help us find it…including going to the large outdoor garbage bin and listening for the location finder beeps. After two searches of the room, we found it behind the headboard of the bed. Above and Beyond. Breakfast was excellent as well.
