Room was large and bright. Everything was clean and seemed well kept. Staff were very kind and welcoming. The pool area was a bit cool but the water was quite warm and the water slide was absolutely fantastic. My kids had a great time playing in the games room & enjoyed the foosball and other games.

Hotel was great, room was clean and spacious. For some reason the pool was very cold and the staff was aware of it. But they couldn’t get anyone in to check it because it was New Year’s Day. They gave us a small discount for our troubles.

We stayed here for a 12th birthday and the kids had a great time. Highly recommend the loft room, pool, and games room! Easily walkable to the mall, movie theatre, and numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast in the morning was delicious too!
