“Book through southpadretrips.com, that is who this property is originally managed through and it's cheaper. When you go through the third party rental company RedAwning, you get charged a $400+ property fee. Communication is lacking due to two rental management companies. Property is nice with a nice view and close to many nice restaurants and the lighthouse. ”

“The view and location was very good. The condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Main floor balcony door would not open and after maintenance sprayed with WD40 it opened but was still VERY hard to move so balcony was unusable. Second floor balcony blinds would not work so remained down and in the way of getting out the door. There was no way to tie them up to see the view or use the balcony.
