“Friendly staff, good pub attached with good food. Breakfast was tasty but did take a while to arrive (30mins). Room was clean, but tired and in need of some repairs (bathroom doorframe and main light fittings). Good place for an overnight stop.”

“I stayed here whilst visiting Vicar Water County parkrun. It honestly felt as if I was staying with a family member, very friendly and great attention to detail to detail. My room was spotless and had everything I could have possibly needed. I ordered poached eggs and mushrooms on toast for breakfast, it was cooked to perfection. I can’t praise the owners enough.”

“Friendly staff and the afternoon tea was delicious
Some of the things in our room could do with being repaired and maybe a new mattress but overall it was a pleasant stay”
