“Lovely stay at the inn. Was a late booking to break up the journey but the staff were welcoming and the accomadation was perfect. The pub is obviously very popular but the accomadation is set back and there was no noise despite it being a busy Friday night”

“The experience was absolutely lovely and had many little touches that made it more unique like the sloe gin in our room and the quiet lounge which we enjoyed a complementary whiskey in. “only stayed one night whilst visiting a friend locally. really impressed with friendly staff. spacious venue. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely. Bar manager was very sociable for after dinner drinks. Room was a very good size with large ensuite with bath and separate shower. Bed super comfy. Small negatives were no milk on the hot drink tray. Impressive cobweb in bathroom and some damage to wallpaper and rug. None of which detracted from a great stay. Would easily recommend to...

The bar was certainly very well patronised and appears popular with locals while most of the 9 rooms appeared to be occupied, based on the numbers at breakfast.
