We love this place, we have stayed a few times. Staff are lovely and friendly. Food is plentiful and hot. The only thing that ruined it this time were some other guests who thought it was ok to make as much noise from about 12.30 to 2am shouting, slamming doors and banging about in their rooms. There was absolutely no consideration for any of the other guests. They knew in the morning it was them but not one of them apologised for their behaviour. We will stay again but will only book the suite as we don't seem to get any noise.

The rooms were a good size with everything you needed, tea/coffee, water, hairdryer and iron. The staff were all friendly and helpful, even when the fire alarm went off at 4am! The problem we had was a cold shower, there was no hot water.
