“We contacted them a couple of days prior to say that we would be arriving late at night.
It was a cold night at 22.00 when we got there. What a wonderful surprise to find a light left on, the heating on and the electric blanket on. It just brought a smile to our faces. Such thoughtfulness. We were really impressed.”
