“The room had cockroaches live present in the bathroom and there was hair and dirt in the sheets on the bed. The owner assured us she was going to issue a refund and apologized for the condition of the room. After 2 weeks and several text strings I find myself writing this review and wishing I had checked the Google reviews as well before having to escalate the dispute to my credit card company. Seems there are several such stories to be found when one starts searching”
