The volume for our tv kept going out during our stay and had to keep restarting the tv. Upon entering the room “new” bedsheet had a red stain on it so had to request new ones. Need some updated rooms old but clean

Hotel Royal – French Quarter, New Orleans Rating: 4/5 Hotel Royal is an incredible home base if you want to be right in the heart of the action. Located just steps from Bourbon Street and nestled in the center of the French Quarter, you're within easy walking distance of almost everything you'd want to see, eat, and experience in the area. Having a police station right down the street also gives a nice, reassuring sense of added security in such a lively neighborhood. The true highlight of the stay was the staff—they were beyond amazing and delivered exceptional hospitality from check-in to check-out, making us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our visit. While the guest rooms are a bit outdated and could use a modern refresh, the historic charm and convenience more than compensate. It's clean, cozy, and perfectly comfortable for a few days' getaway. If location, service, and accessibility are top priorities for your New Orleans trip, Hotel Royal is a solid choice.

The facilities and the staff were wonderful! They had an issue with the pool which was disappointing.

Christina made the stay! I was in for only one night but she was best!. Very helpful and just a very nice person to talk to.
