We enjoyed this centrally located hotel. It was outside of the party zone but was right on the street car line which made everything easily accessible. Parking was no problem. We were worried about what we'd heard about people getting boots but after going i think it may have been the people not paying attention. All we had to do was fill out the registration paper at check in and add our license plate number. The parking lot was right behind the hotel and was accessible via the back of the hotel using our room key.We had two queen bunk bed rooms, it was an interesting setup but it worke. We'd stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express recently in New Orleans. The location was superb. The staff were all nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. My main problem was with the parking. I paid in the lot because I was not made aware when I checked in that the hotel would collect for parking. They did refund the $40/ day I was supposed to pay but I ended up paying $58/day at the lot. I was told it told me that on the website but it would have been nice if the person who checked me in mentioned it, as I was tired from the drive and some minor problems with my rental car. Another problem was no secure internet, but they are actually installing it this coming week, so that’s a good thing. I would recommend staying here and will do so again.
