Clean room, staff, air conditioning, parking, conveniently located, parking!!!!

My family and I absolutely loved the property. We have stayed at several spots over the years and this one will be one we return to. We especially loved the black cosmetic towels - that detail really matters when most use white cosmetic towels. The only complaint (if any) would be the beds are very very firm but the pull out couch was comfortable.

The front staff were rude and not helpful. No use calling the front desk because they make you go to them to get anything even if it was their screw up. Don’t think you will get to check in earlier than 4pm. The guy acted like he would text us but never did. The only text was to fill out information to be able to grab the key cards and go but that wasn’t the case. They still needed information so don’t bother wasting time. There was a cockroach in our room. You had to call to request your room be cleaned. The cleaning staff were very nice though. The ladies that worked the bar were very sweet as well. Not sure if they have new management but I’ve stayed here in the past and never had any complaints. It was like the staff at the desk were mad you were staying there. The pool also has chipped tiles and what looks like mold on them.
