Oceanfront Vacation Packages for 2026

The hotel itself was really nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and great! The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. I had to go in beforehand and clean it myself, but aside from the room not being clean, everything else was great.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and everything was nice. The staff were super helpful. We had a mix up at check in but other than that everything was great! I would come back to this location.

I wanted a refund because this place was so gross. The ceiling was cracking, there were leaks when it rained, the bed was awful and the staff was not helpful. I tried getting my money back because I didn't want to even sleep there, but neither the hotel nor Expedia was helpful. :( Do not stay here. They false advertise how good the location is and it's not! The bathroom was so gross I didnt even want to use the shower.

Our getaway to Fernandina Beach and stay at Hoyt House was excellent. Our hosts David,Lindy and Katie were so helpful, as was all the staff. (Shout out to Sydney and Amanda.) Our hosts helped arrange tours for us and were helpful with recommendations on food, entertainment and tours. The morning breakfasts were top of the line. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. And the pool was a god send for relaxing. Happy hour at the bar was a great way to meet other guests, or just enjoy a glass of wine or drink. Definitely recommend Hoyt House and will return again.
