Upon check in, our room was warm. The AC wasn't working. We called front desk and they sent an engineer up so we had to watch him spend 20 minutes trying to fix it. Waited another 30 minutes to see if it was working (it wasn't) and then moved rooms. They did upgrade our room but the carpets had stains and the room was very worn.
Lobby is gorgeous, location is fantastic. Hotel could use a refresh. And weather canceled our boat ride. It wasn't worth the amount we paid, unfortunately,,

The property looked extremely luxurious however, the elevators were broke and have been broke for a while. There was no hot water on the seventh floor where we were located and another guest that had stayed there had told me that they have been broken for a while and no hot water available in the showers and the sinks. Also the floor had hair on it from people before it wasn’t very clean. The rooms are not very user-friendly.
