The property looked extremely luxurious however, the elevators were broke and have been broke for a while. There was no hot water on the seventh floor where we were located and another guest that had stayed there had told me that they have been broken for a while and no hot water available in the showers and the sinks. Also the floor had hair on it from people before it wasn’t very clean. The rooms are not very user-friendly.

Every person in the hotel is excellent. Friendly helpfull just a great place to stay. Rooms are very nice bathroom are modern and equipped with a great rain shower. The beach access is a dream. Overall a great hotel .Will stay there many time over.
