Our trip to Nueva Vallarta was pretty uneventful due to the Coronavirus outbreak. The Hard Rock Hotel closed most of their bars and restaurants since so many guests checked out early. Even so, the quality of service did not drop at all.
Love Occidental, have stayed at this property several times and will continue to stay there in the future!
Again, would not recommend due to food, alcohol, and sleeping situation.
