“Excellent location! Very central, walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and shopping centre. Apartment is squeaky clean and has everything you could possibly need for comfortable stay, including fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, beautiful living room and dining area with huge TV in both living room and bedroom. “I had a fantastic stay over the weekend. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent amenities, including a good hair dryer and a wide selection of different teas and coffees available. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Good range of hot foods: eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Plus plenty of choices for fruit, cereal, pastries, bread and spreads.
Some things to note: there's no fan in the bathroom so everything fogs up. And second, if you use the $ 24-a-day car park, you have to pay for your...

“Everything was fine and as expected. We have stayed at the Adina apartments before and would certainly look to do it again if ever we were back in Canberra.
The staff were excellent and couldn't be faulted.
Our only issue and it is a completely personal one was how soft the bed was and the use of loose fitting as opposed to fitted sheets. This we found a little difficult to get use to but apart from that we could not fault the facility or its staff. We would and have certainly recommended...

“Disappointing stay overall.
The room was not clean when we arrived – there were spider webs in multiple corners and on the ceiling. The door was already unlocked/open before we even used the key, which felt unsafe. On top of that, a few bees were flying around inside the room and we had to deal with them ourselves.
These cleanliness and safety issues really spoiled the experience. Staff were okay when we mentioned it, but the room should never have been given to guests in that condition.
Would...

“Staying first floor directly beside the construction wasn’t ideal for us staying a week. Booking that room out would be more suited for a couple of days only. Thought should be realised before allocating us that room and future bookings for a week stay. Otherwise okay.”
