Comfortable stay with room for improvements

The bed was very comfortable. Candy bar had lindt chocolate during Easter which was amazing treat for kids. Booked room for three but was only provided towels for two, had to request room service to deliver another one. Hotel Parking was third party run and not easy, straight forward. Breakfast was just ok.

Very cool hotel

Lovely hotel Staff were friendly and attentive however the room wasn’t prepared with the correct bedding or towels. This was quickly rectified. The hotel has a dark mood which completely suits its style

Top notch and full of character

Great stay at Ovolo Nishi, the whole hotel from the reception, restaurant and bedroom has been well thought out and has great character. The service from reception staff was great and the little extras that this hotel offers makes it stand out from the rest.
