Lovely property in a nice location with good staff, only improvement could be the housekeeping which isn’t included during your stay which is ok for a short stay but not a long stay when you would assume bed linens, towels, etc and vacuuming carpets would be included at least every few days.

Location location location

A wonderful stay in a hotel with three key factors - location, location and location. From the view over Lake Burley Griffin, to walking distance to cafes and restaurants, and a short Uber to all of the sights, the BreakFree was fantastic. The room was excellent and had all required amenities for two couples to stay.

Excellent place to stay while visiting Canberra and surrounds. Super close to Cultural precinct and shopping and amenities. It is an ApartHotel so full kitchen facilities. Our room was very comfy, modern and super spacious and had everything we needed. The reception was very helpful during our stay with small requests. The

Great place to stay, location is great amd the 2brm, 2 bath suite was very comfortable. Property is a bit tired and needs a good update. Cleanliness needs a bit of attention, but when the issue was raised with reception, they got on to it straight away. Lakeside view was amazing.
