“This was our second stay here as our choice for accommodation. We were lucky to get the same room which was great. The room well set up with kitchen facilities, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Bed comfy too and quiet as well. Did not use the gym on the 10th floor but able to get filtered water for our daily outings. The location is fantastic close to Purple cat stop to get around. We would recommend this hotel for its location and closeness to free public transportation Cats”

“After staying 10 days and having vip status for late checkout at 12pm. I was refused 12:30 saying I have to pay huge rate for 30 minutes. This is 4 or 5th stay also. At 12:05 get call from hotel saying late. They lied to me saying fully booked and needed service room. I hurried back but they locked me out of room having go down and get key and stressful argument. Later I check their own website and several hotels sites and all types of rooms were available. Was the 30 minutes worth it”
