A luxury hotel that lived up to expectations in a great part of the city for a couple of tourists. The amenities score of 3 stars if effectively a "not applicable" as we didn't use any. Rooms were large and, importantly, nice and quiet. Check-in was managed really well. Staff in TOTO were great - attentive, courteous and engaging at just the right level. Well done!

Five stars all the way! Our stay at the Duxton Hotel Perth was amazing. The room was immaculate, the staff were incredibly friendly, and Firewater Grille was the highlight of our stay. We enjoyed both brunch and dinner there, and everything was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is so elegant, stylish, and luxurious. It truly made us feel like we were enjoying a five star experience. We can't wait to return!

The location was easy walking to Elizabeth Quay and the two Malls. Metro bus stops just 10 metres down the road. Staff were all so helpful and welcoming from the time we arrived to when we left. The cocktail bar was lovely to drop in to after being out and exploring. Once again the staff were so lovely. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Overall this is an almost perfect property let down by one aspect. The hotel is great. The rooms are great. The staff were great. The location is great. My only issue is that the room doors are not damped, so you can hear people’s doors slamming and slamming and slamming all night long.

What can I say about this 5 stars hotel? You get what you pay for. Nothing bad at all! The location is right in CBD. The staffs are excellent. Toto bar and breakfast is excellent and reasonable price for breakfast. It’s so delicious foods.

Staff and overall service at the hotel was great and facilities are good. Only disappointing part was the restaurant service. It was very average and our waitress was terrible and did not even try to hide it. Reading some previous reviews it seems this is common. So not sure why management is not looking at the staff for such and exclusive and expensive restaurant
