“Everything was brilliant I loved how quiet it was and how they managed to make a small paradise feeling in the middle of the city. Rooms were good comfortable etc. staff were all helpful and professional.
The WiFi was terrible in my room so if you rely on it like I did ,it can be a pain , this was my only gripe.”

“We overall enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but we do have two examples of really bad customer service.
1. we asked in the reception for a price to go to Utapoa airport, after showing the person the exact position on google maps, he said that the price would be 500 Bath.
Next day when we were ordering the taxi, the price was 1000 bath, and the excuse was that the person had misunderstood where we were going…!
Lame and unacceptable answer.

“Das Hotel liegt etwas ruhiger und somit perfekt für einen kurzen Stop. Das Familienzimmer war schön groß und relativ sauber. Die Klimaanlage kann nachts allerdings sehr laut sein. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war ok. Für einen Kurztrip vollkommen ausreichend. Die Poolanlage war super. Dort kann man herrlich entspannen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ok.”

“The property itself was nice, and I liked the layout of the room. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by several issues.
The shower had black mold throughout. I took photos, showed them to the staff, and requested that someone follow up, but they didn’t seem very concerned, and as of writing this review, no one has followed up.
At check-in, the staff appeared to be overworked. They promised a few things but never followed through. Our room also didn’t have any towels, and I had to...

“It was amazing. Nicest and most helpful personal I have ever met and I travel a lot for work. The room with the view Road the harbor was just fabulous. The smoothies where delicious and fantastic to cool down on the pool terrace. Amazing selection at the breakfast, they split it in 2 areas. I recommend also asking the Bell Boys for the ATV adventure (Family or single), bring sunglasses and extra clothing. Best stay I have ever had at an Hotel. Thank you”

“Ideal for family vacation. Especially if you don’t like to stay in big family and want to be away from the crowds.
Location is great. The beach is not the widest one but is ideal for those who look for peace. It is in north Pattaya which is quieter than other area.
Kid activities may not as variety as other hotels offer but good enough.
Staffs are helpful. Breakfast is good and has variety of options.”

“Clean room. Spacious. Cleaners come everyday to clean the room; albeit maybe a bit late? They come around 3/4. Would be nice to see them earlier before we leave. No smart tv !! Would be sooo much better with a smart tv. Nice touch having a mini fridge. Great buffet for breakfast. Would be nice knowing next to each meal though Whats vegetarian or halal. Orange juice could be better. Quite a few ants in the room probably due to weather? Would be nice if something could be put in place to combat...
