Clean, Beautiful, Quiet. So cozy place to relax. Staff is so polite, and always smile, say greeting to the guest without hesitation. There are no convenience store nearby apart from central noisy place but so what !? You come to here to relax so it’s enough. I have no uncomfortable time during stay. A gym, restaurant, grand floor with nice instrumental music, nice room service food, and the guys who serve it. Nice smell bed sheets release my stress & fatigue. I shall return here !!

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was truly magical! Despite being in a country with a different religion, the hotel embraced the festive theme beautifully. The staff, who were not only excellent but went above and beyond, helped us book excursions, overcoming any language barriers seamlessly. Our family felt incredibly welcomed, and the hotel's array of kid-friendly amenities, including a great kids' program, made our stay enjoyable. The only slight downside was the absence of nighttime babysitting/childcare services. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I think they turn up the air conditioning at breakfast so you do not enjoy being in a cold temperature. They want you to eat quickly and get out is the feeling I got. After breakfast the air conditioning is not as cold, I know this for a fact. Why they allow one yelling baby spoil every one elses breakfast is unreasonable. Same yelling kid ever day.

Nothing special. Location is quite odd. The hotel lacked hospitality in certain departments. Specifically guest services . the front desk staff did not provide a welcoming, friendly, and attentive service. Unfortunately failing to make us feel comfortable and valued during our stay On a positive note they have a great breakfast offering and felt the service team genuinely cared about their customers . The executive chef was out on the floor assisting the team clearing tables and offering coffee service during peak hours which was nice to see .
