Excellent value. Friendly staff, stunning sea views (courtesy of upgrade - with 1 bedroom suite), well-equipped gym, superb breakfast AND coffee. Central for both malls and seafront. Will definitely return!

loved this hotel

we loved this hotel. It was perfect for our New Year's Eve stay. We had a lovely room with a VERY comfortable bed. Wi-Fi was great. The view of New Year's Eve fireworks couldn't have been better, basically from our bed. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was plenty available in the streets outside the hotel

Cosfusion with package

The check in took time since i made a last minute booking. However i took the package with meals but it took a lot of time to get confirmed. They basically took a photo from my phone and send that to reservation desk before allowing me to select the dinner set i want to pick. Breakfast was spread over a lot of space and meant a good walking as the organisation of items were bad. They shoild keep all food close together.

立地は申し分ない場所です キレイですしスタッフの対応も良いです 洗濯機がある部屋が良いですよ 部屋の位置は街側の方だと夜中にクラブの音が少し気になりますが寝れない訳ではないですね シラチャにまた行ったらまた泊まりたいと思えるホテルです

部屋に洗濯機がなくて困惑しました

滞在前後にゴルフが2つ入っており、衣服を洗濯する前提で予約。チェックインしてすぐに洗濯機をかけようと思ったところ、洗濯機がない！フロントに電話したところ、部屋に洗濯機がないので、B1に行けばあるとのこと。B1に行ってみたところ、確かに3つの洗濯機と3つの乾燥機があったが、ただでさえエレベーターが来るのが遅いのが、B1に行けるのは1つだけということでかなりのストレス。洗濯機がないのはたまたま自分の部屋だけだったのか、それとも全部の部屋から撤去してしまったのかまではわからなかった。
