“A great place to take a break along the way, enjoy the restaurant and its great staff, and really close to the city of Oxford.”

“The food was very good and staff great. Grace was a wonderful server. The inn is certainly olde and genuine. Not a pretend olde . Rooms are very unusual with individual names. All are separate from the pub. Obviously the pub is the main venue for the local population. The room was modest size but had two TVs. The shower floods the bathroom. Not a big deal.”

“Central position lots of restaurants and pubs to chose from. The hotel has a lovely entrance and room was beautifully furnished and kitchen was very handy. Did miss not having someone on site but check in was okay. Gardens need attention, needs a toaster rather then trying to cook toast in the grill in the oven it took ages.”

“Very quaint pub in a quiet village - but full of life and character, obviously popular with locals and visitors alike. The staff were super friendly. Food was great. Our room was unique and full of old pub charm including sloping floors, but it was super clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was well appointed.”

“Estuvimos 5 noches en UK y este fue el mejor hotel. Con WIFI gratis en todo el establecimiento incluida habitación. El sitio rural encantador. El hotel precioso y muy típico. Y la cimid ay los presiones muy, muy buenos. Y lo mejor de todo el desayuno EXCEPCIONAL, buffet muy muy bueno, y un plato caliente con bebida caliente, bien cocinado, bien servido, con los mejores productos. Lo recomendaría 100%”

“Angenehmes willkommen, essen auch für Vegetarier und Veganer verfügbar, sehr gut zubereitet. Zimmer liebevoll einrichtet und sauber. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick aufs Tal. Hierher lohnt sich ein Umweg. Für einen Tagesausflug nach Bath perfekt gelegen, anschließend ist hier Ruhe und Genuss angesagt.”

“Está un poco alejada del Centro. Para ser un Bed and Breakfast, tiene muchas pretensiones. Se me hizo caro, el único desayuno que ofrecen es Continental y está en tres casas victorianas separadas entre si. Poco práctica. Oxford es caro, pero aún así me pareció desproporcionada la tarifa.”
