“Had to spend a night due to snowstorm. It was good value; clean, comfortable, and I love having fridge, micro, and coffee pot. There's an organic grocery store 2 minutes away where you can buy cooked food to heat up. The tv and wifi worked great. The pool was closed, so if that's a deal breaker maybe call first. ”

“I visited Berkshire area for Thanksgiving and stayed at the brand new Holiday Inn Express. It was fantastic! The hotel is beautiful and pet friendly but also in a great location. The staff were amazing and professional. Over all 10/10 stay. Will definitely stay there again ”

“The house was nice and the fireplace was lit up when we got home in the evening - so cozy. The area around the pool is fantastic. The pool, air hockey table, pool table, a bar, and outdoor cooking area, it really has something for everyone. ”

“It is a very clean and quiet place. We liked the breakfast. The only thing is that I didn't have a signal. But the Internet works great.”

“We needed a space for family to stay for Thanksgiving. One guest in a wheelchair and another needing accomodations like bars in shower etc. I was able to reserve a wheelchair roll in shower room and ADA room in addition to a non ADA room. Everyone was able to be together and cook our dinner in the very well appointed kitchens! Staff were helpful. Pool was great. Thank you for everything!”

“The entire hotel stinks we couldn’t sleep with the odor to cigarette bathroom smelling like pee poor cleaning all over, I can’t even stay in the lobby smell was just terrible i think is a good hotel just need a better cleaning price was also very fair”
