“The room is not as described, the air conditioning is not working, wifi is not connecting, lacking amenities, very bad”

“Great location, next to a mall, within walking distance of Dam Market, and very close to the beach. However, the cleanliness and condition of the unit were major drawbacks for me. There were stains on the bedsheet and cover, day curtains, and shower curtains. Heavy dust was also observed on the standing fan and toilet exhaust fan. There was mildew on the ceiling, as well as ants inside the unit. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to my requests which most appreciated.”

“This place is not suitable for any travelor. The building name does not match the name "Oceanus Oasis Retreat" and the only way to find the room is to contact the property manager who leads you into a different building where I assume each room is independently owned. “We loved meeting the Trinh family, they were very sweet and helpful during our stay, and obviously took pride in their home. The location was excellent, a short walk from the beach and walkable (or a quick Grab ride) to the markets and the town centre. Plenty of eateries in the immediate area. We enjoyed spending some down time on the balcony. The kitchen was quite well set up (although could benefit from a few extra utensils, eg forks, a colander). “the property looks so old and dingy, no AC in the hall way, it was so hot and only one elevator serves for 46 floors. We have to move to another Hotel”
