“Nos pusieron en una habitación para fumadores sin preguntarnos siquiera, la moqueta estaba sucia y parte del mobiliario roto, además del olor a tabaco que era horrible. La conexión con el centro y el personal es satisfactorio. Creo que con un lavado de cara y una limpieza profunda el hotel mejoraría bastante”

They love meeting people from all over the world and they do everything possible to ensure an enjoyable and pleasant stay. We had more space than we could have ever hoped for staying in Japan. The beds were extremely comfortable and the washer/dryer was very useful as well as the kitchen. I am so happy we stayed here.”

“This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. “This was a great hotel for the price point and location. It is less than a five minute walk to the train and about ten minutes to the main shinjuku area. The space was clean and having a washer/dryer in room is a perk. The rooms are small which is not uncommon in Japan - even in 4 star hotels. If you are packing light, accommodating up to 6 is doable. My group and I had 3 suitcases each which made navigating the small space a challenge. We found a way. Just keep that in mind when considering but...
