Beautiful, cozy Inn. A great place to relax and just let your cares fade away. The staff if amazing. Can’t wait for the restaurant to reopen, the food is creatively delicious.
Appreciate COVID changes the way hotels need to operate. We have stayed at hotels though that provide a boxed breakfast in the morning.
The room decor was quite dated. Could use a few updates and minor repairs but the staff was very friendly
Excellent place to stay but charge daily for parking, plus COVID clean ,plus resort fee Now now I know but excellent 👍👍
Great to stay out in the country and yet be close to wineries and the town. Our host greeted us exactly on time and we were pleasantly surprised by our lodgings. They were larger than they seemed in the photos. Our host had all kinds of suggestions for outings. The full breakfast the next morning ...
Beautiful waterfront property. The hotel is a bit dated and some amenities were closed due to Covid, but otherwise we had a nice stay.
The room across the hall was quite loud but they did time it down around 1030. Other than that it stay was exemplary. Thank you.
It was fine for the price clean close to everything in new part
Room was a bit out dated but overall comfortable Check in & out was fantastic
It was ok for the price
Receptionist male was extremely friendly and efficient with our questions 👍
Place was good. Close to everything in town and has a good view of the Niagara river.
Wonderful stay. Will return. (Not a problem but be aware that bedroom doors do not lock when you are out & about.)
The parking is great for my husband's motorcycle. Minnie is incredible, she remembers me when I check in , she knows when I have booked a room . Her customer service is awesome.
Jetted tub was really big staff was friendly and helpful No room service
the room was really big, they even had conditioner together with lots of soap and shampoo. And there was a hairdryer. the only thing was that there was no coffeemaker, but it didn't matter for us, we brought our own just in case. Its right of the highway, so easy to get to. No noise
Don't have much comments, was average looking place with a clean room
