Very clean spacious modern rooms. Staff is helpful, it’s steps away from the falls entrance. Starbucks next door and ihop on the 26th floor with a view. We had dinner at their steakhouse with fireworks and it was awesome too. Overall, excellent place to stay with close proximity to falls and spacious modern rooms/bathroom.

The view is amazing, the location is superb. Areas of improvement, (1) better quality towels (2) need to improve the observation deck, looks almost like storage. If it were turned into a bar it would be wonderful. Staff is nice and friendly. I recommend this place and would return.
