Perfect place to be able to visit Clifton and the Falls! Out of the crowds, but close enough to walk to everything. Staff was awesome. Building in the midst of being renovated, lots of great work already put in. Mattresses are only OK, though.

For the price and location it was good. The breakfast was cold sandwiches, bread you could toast and cereal. They literally had a security guard at the breakfast that felt weird. Its a old hotel with some updates. Parking was free, huge plus for this hotel.

It is a clean, mid-range hotel with good service, though the beds are extremely uncomfortable and the breakfast is poor—consisting only of toast, sandwiches, and cereal. The dining area is cramped, but the location is close to the waterfalls and many activities, so you won't need a car.

Good hotel for families with young children. Small, cute, cozy pool. Staff very friendly and kind. Room services were very good. Children very much enjoy Everyday unlimited breakfast that includes cereals, egg and bacon sandwiches, breads and a lot of spreads with beverages like milk, juices, tea and coffee. It's hard to judge too harshly, as they are currently renovating, but I won't miss that hallway carpet, or the almost 10 minute wait for warm water in the shower. Staff were very friendly, accommodating, and quick. The room was clean, as well as the fridge and coffee maker. The pool is small, but clean and has a clean-up shower and small sauna as well.

Great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is under renovations so you have to keep that in mind. The breakfast options were disappointing. Our room was decent but needs updating. The ac in the room was very noisy. I’d definitely consider stay there again once renovations were done.

Clean hotel. We were on the first floor right off the lobby. The plus was great AC and convenience of location. The minus was the table set up directly outside our glass door so in the morning, starting at 8 am, we had people talking and making noise right outside. I suggest not staying on the first floor but we would use this hotel again. Very convenient to Clifton Hill and the Falls as well.

The room was huge (seemed more like an apartment), clean and the bed was comfortable. Free parking which I believe is rare to find in the area. While the breakfast selection is fairly limited, they do offer protein (sausage and eggs) which I appreciated as many times free breakfast places do not. Would stay here again if in the area.
