35$ for parking is a bit to much.
Staff and room service were wonderful. We got a King suite with whirlpool, the room was only okay. Pretty outdated but costs are low at this time so not too disappointed.
Stay was great . Only no TV guide .
I didn’t know that I would have to pay for parking
For the few guests they had, they made no effort to make sure we had all we needed(towels, toilet paper etc) the shower head didnt work, most water went thru tap and down the drain Beds/pillows were comfy! Great room arrangement with door to bedroom area
great services the front desk was really kind
Great little hotel. In the centre of everything. Walking distance to major attractions. I would stay again here. P
Overall it was good but just little thing, like towels were not very clean
Excellent place to stay for a big family in Niagara Falls Canada. Everything is provided from linens, toiletries and kitchen stuff. The place is super clean. We will stay here again on our next visit to Niagara.
Nice and spacious rooms, the jetted tub was an amazing feature! The fabric sofa bed is outdated and cushions were dirty. Walking distance to Clifton Hill and American Falls, but a little further for Canadian Falls so wear comfy shoes!
The view of Niagara Falls was great. The location was walking distance to food outlets and tourist attractions.
We had a great experience staying at this hotel . The falls view was awesome. Book it and enjoy it with great staff and clean room .
Nice view of the Niagara Falls water in the night. Beautiful.
Tim was very friendly. The arcade was very enterataining. Very clean and I will be definitely be going back again.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved our room with the fallsview. There was no housekeeping due to COVID-19 restrictions, however we were told that if any supplies were needed to call the front desk and housekeeping would bring it to our room directly. I did not mind this and they were prompt ...
Customer service was great !
Overall not a bad hotel. But would not be my first choice if I knew for sure other better hotels had a jetted suit in the room. I would recommend ONLY for the Jetted suit!
Location is good, clean and room assigned to us was updated.
