Villas en Newtown

“Staff were lovely. Had a long drive and arrived on the cutoff for ordering dinner, but thankfully the staff were kind enough to still let us order. We had both dinner and breakfast, both were absolutely delicious. There was some games we could borrow which we enjoyed playing in the bar, only small disadvantage is the bar closed at 10:30. Room was very clean, stocked with tea and coffee and the extra pillows in the wardrobe was a nice addition. Overall, we had a very peaceful, relaxing stay.”

“Very good”

“This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff upon arrival were friendly and welcoming showing us to our rooms in the beautiful building, and showing us the communal lounge with complimentary whiskey and comfortable sofas. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a large comfortable beds, TV, coffee machine and kettle. The en-suite was very well proportioned with a large shower, soaps, shampoos and conditioner, and plenty of towels. My only criticism (if I had to find one) is that there were...

“We stayed here one night as my niece was getting married and having her wedding venue just down the road in the village Hall. The room was lovely, very clean and every thing you would need, to a very high standard. We didn’t eat there so I can’t comment on that.”

“El personal fue muy amable, ubicación excelente para visitar Highclere Castle, el verdadero Downton Abbey. Desayuno espectacular.”

“Fantastic staff”

“It certainly had the charm and the location was great. The room was pretty small for two people with suitcases. Breakfast was good.”

“The hotel was great and had a relaxing atmosphere. Good food and the staff were helpful and friendly. The spa was nice but in the smaller side so I would try and go during quieter periods. The room was a good size and very clean. At breakfast there was a good amount to choose from if you don’t have any specific dietary requirements.”

“Con una mano de pintura sería perfecto”

“Set on a picturesque canal, a garden by the waters edge with waddling ducks coming to say hello, the staff team here are caring and kind. Our room had an old but very modern feel and as a couple we discussed the art on the walls. We've had a lovely stay and we're made to feel very welcome.”

“We were looking for an overnight stop travelling back North from Southampton and came across here. There was a big extension being built to the front of the pub so parking was difficult but otherwise caused no inconvenience. We had 3 rooms and all were very comfortable and well equipped . What stood out about this place was the staff, all were genuinely lovely and friendly. Checked in and personally shown to our rooms. We ate at the pub and the food was quickly served and was simply delicious...

“Nice property and unbelievable breakfast”
