“Bathroom needs updating - need to climb into a bath to shower ( not great for over 70’s . Also fitness room on floor below so it was noisy . Restaurant excellent. Parking good. Location good.”

“Everything about the hotel and staff was perfect. The only thing that we had issue with was the parking arrangements. Our Expedia booking included free parking, but apparently parking is only guaranteed when booking directly with the hotel. Expedia were not transparent about this. Hence, on the first night, we had to park on the street and pay £14.40 for five hours...waiting for an allocated hotel parking space on a first-come, first-served basis to become available.”
