“I expected much more for the price (£250 per night). The hotel feels dated and is in need of renovation. Cleanliness was below expectations, the car park was dirty, the staff were not particularly friendly, and the breakfast quality was disappointing. The location near Fistral Beach is good, but that alone does not justify the high price. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel at its current rates.”

“Lovely retreat in a quaint village placed conveniently between both coasts. Glamping at it's best. The hosts discreet but easily reached. Issues sorted swiftly (beside weather not in their power :).CLose to Newquay, Truro St Ives.Lost garden of Heligan and an amazing pub,walking distance from the site with beautiful food. Breakfast available,basics provided. I had a lovely time despite feeling that the wind will.blow away the tent over te Atlantic. Sturdy tent.”

“Beautiful and cozy place with everything what you need to have an amazing stay in Newquay. My room has a breathtaking view to the sea, I was amused! Delicious and healthy homemade breakfast and the owner is a lovely person who’s always there to help you. I definetely recommend you to go there! ”

“The only thing about the Beresford hotel was that the sheets were clean,the sink had no plug, there was no soap in the sink dispenser, the shower curtain was dirty, the TV didn't work, I had to go to reception to get a towel, the second window wouldn't close and there was no breakfast not even coffee available in the morning in one word dreadful”
