Check in late at night was a bit hap hazard, mainly due to process changes but when we really wanted to get to bed it was a bit delayed. Next was noise from other guests, this is not the owners fault but a rule saying the premises would be locked at a certain time would benefit guests staying at property instead we had other guests entering the property slamming every door they went through at half past midnight then to have one occupant start...

“Nobody waited for me; I couldn't make the check-in because no one was there. I was alone in the middle of the night without any help. Nobody replied on the phone, and Hotels.com couldn't even refund me. It was a complete disaster and a lack of respect in all senses. Everyone provided horrible service, and I’m disappointed. The hotel looks terrible, and the staff is not professional at all. I had to book another hotel, and nobody replied to my messages. It is an awful experience; don't go to that...
