“The night lamp was broken, the blinds were broken , would not let us in even 10 min before 4pm (check in) Absolutely no one there to talk to. Had to call a ph # if had problems and there was only an answer machine. Left 4 messages about our TV Not working and no one evercame. Dissapointed”

“They never once came into the room to clean it, ask if we needed new towels etc. The door was such a pain, you had to really reef on it and give it a big bump, sometimes it was hard to even get out of the room. There were a lot of spiders. Over all, if you're looking for a cheaper option to stay in Nanaimo, it's okay if you basically just plan on sleeping and spending no time in there, and don't care about dirty towels, garbage not being empty, beds not being made etc.”
