“This is a beautiful property well located steps from downtown Skowhegan. Unfortunately it was not well built nor well maintained. No soundproofing- you can hear other guests typing in their door codes. Well shut the door between the bedroom and the living room - you can’t- it doesn’t have a latch and is warped.
