Vacations Close To New National Theatre Tokyo

Staying at Grand Monday Ginza was extremely relaxing. We felt very provided for and welcomed during our entire stay. The amenities they offered more than covered our needs. The washing machine and dryer combo worked well and instructions were provided clearly! The kitchenette was well stocked. The Nespresso machine and free flowing of the pods as requested were definitely a nice touch. The room and amenities were as advertised. The staff even went above and beyond and provided a graduation gift token for our daughter, as the trip was for her. They even remained calm and collected even through two earthquakes we experienced while inside the hotel during our stay. Grand Monday Ginza was conveniently located to multiple shops and restaurants. It was quiet despite the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. There were plenty of umbrellas provided for guests when it was raining and sadly was half the time of our stay. It was a home away from home. If we stay in Ginza, we will pick this one again! ps. getting Uber from the hotel to the airport was fast and easy!

Very well situated. Staff are great. Restaurant has good food and the entertainment is lively.

Family friendly, nice location

Overall, the hotel is a great place to stay. The lobby was clean and modern and the rooms were also. The staff was helpful and courteous. There were plenty of staff to help and waiting was minimal. The breakfast was top notch, a bit expensive, but good. I'd recommend an upgraded room vs. the basic small one. My only recommendation to the hotel would be to get hard floors instead of carpet. The location of the hotel is near the border of Kabukicho, so although its not within that area, I'd recommend walking around it to avoid it. The good part is its close to a lot of eateries. Explore the neighborhood behind the building, its nicer. To access Shinjuku station, I'd walk around kabukicho.

The Capitol Hotel Tokyu lived up to it’s 5 Star rating. The property and our rooms were impeccably clean. The in room amenities were great, all you really need to bring are your clothes as they have everything else in room. The restaurants were delicious and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We loved Tokyo and The Capitol made it that much more comfortable and special. We will definitely return to Tokyo and will stay at The Capitol Hotel.
