Amazing location, right next to the train station. Quiet, very safe, room was clean and we had a great view of the city! Breakfast was really good too, so many options. The bath house was so nice, great amenities, separated by women and men. It was perfect after a long walking day! 10/10 would start again.

Being across the street from the station was great,hotel facilities were ok but the buffet breakfast was not as good as expected. Automated check in was a bit of a hassle but to the hotel's staff credit they were quite helpful, still took a bit of time though. Overall, it was a good all around hotel.

This hotel is on a quieter area of Shinjuku, which is nice. It’s 3 mins away walking from a metro station, which is also very nice. The staff is very helpful. Room is very small. Japan standard.
