We really enjoyed the relaxed vibe at this hotel. The location was great too once we got our bearing around Shinjuku. the staff were super helpful and this was appreciated as it was the first stop on our tour.

We stayed here for 4 nights. It’s conveniently located in Shinjuku, a quick walk to just about everything and close to the train station. The staff is very helpful and check in/out was a breeze. They were also able to forward our luggage onto Kyoto very quickly and easily (and cheaply). We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay at Groove Shinjuku, great location to explore Tokyo as only a 5-10 min walk to Shinjuku station. Really helpful staff but don’t be turning up with multiple suitcases and storage space is limited

This hotel is great! And in the middle of the heart of shinjuku. It’s good for people traveling with friends or their partner. The only reason I wouldn’t stay here again if I decide to go back to Japan is because it’s right smack in the middle of the red light district. Not the nicest area

Very nice hotel with very nice view. It’s right in the heart of shinjuku and 8-9 min walking to shinjuku station. They have a great shuttle to the airport which makes it very convenient for your last days in Japan. The only reaps. I give it 4 stars is because not fan of the breakfast buffet. This si second time I stayed there and declined the option this time. Overall a great hotel.

Great hotel in a new skyscraper building. Lobby on 18th floor and room had spectacularly views of the city. Staff extra helpful and breakfast was top notch with plenty of choices. Hotel located in popular area and near train station. Hotel could use more furniture in th lobby.
