“The service did not reflect a 5* hotel. Lobby toilets flooded the walkway outside the toilets on the way to rooms. Flies sitting on the hams and cheeses for breakfast. Although the spa was lovely and the spa staff were great. Would not stay here if the spa wasn’t attached”

“La habitación olía a cañerías y estaba muy mal iluminada. Por el precio pagado, el baño dejaba mucho que desear. Al WC le faltaba la tapa, había mucho moho en el techo del baño y la grifería estaba vieja y faltaban piezas.
