Can’t speak much for breakfast etc as we’re checked out at 4am for a flight but have used hotel parking which was cheaper than airport parking for 8 nights. Receptionist very helpful would happily stay again.

We always choose this hotel to stay in the night before we fly off on holiday. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable and we have always had a good night's sleep here. Dinner was excellent and free shuttle to terminal a real plus point when you have luggage.

Good ~ Very convenient to get to and from Manchester airport, shuttle runs to and from every 20 mins. Good - front desk night staff very helpful. Front desk day staff ok, but a smile would have been nice to receive Very good- typical British breakfast very good. Great coffee! Evening meal very good- wait staff very friendly Very good-rooms in tower are newer and beds and pillows were very comfortable and very clean Good - common areas are quite worn in places, but that s because it’s a popular hotel
