“Although new Cairo is a residential spot without many atractions, this hotel allows a 5 star experience isolated from the noise and inconvenience of central Cairo. The rooms are clean and spatious. The breakfast is also fine. I would only complain about club lounge which is almost closed and empty.”

The staff is constantly asking if everything is satisfactory, which gives the guest the opportunity to bring something to their attention and for the hotel to rectify it, if necessary.”

“This place is super nice. My room was not very big but I had a beautiful garden. I was super sick and had to stay inside the hotel all week and Hassan from front desk was checking on me twice a day, sending me fruits and bringing medicines when I needed. Such a lovely attention! The Japanese restaurant was really good and also have a shisha restaurant with Morrocco food but as I was sick I couldn’t try but was always full so I guess it’s good. In general, great place and I will be happy to stay...
