“The bedroom was excellent,clean well furnished and appointed. The only small criticism was that there was a lack of comfortable space away from the restaurant space and bar but as we were only staying one night this didn’t matter too much. The breakfast was excellent and the bar food,whereas it was well prepared, was a little limited in choice. We would however stay again.”

“Set in gorgeous surroundings, the field barn has everything you need for a rural retreat. It was always warm (something which we considered before booking it for our December stay) and we felt at home right away. Beds were clean and comfortable. “A nice stay. Staff were really helpful; particularly accommodating food allergies. Pets were welcome in the pub itself as well as the room that had been booked. Nice little added extras like dog treats in the room and dog beds provided. Breakfast was nice too - hot options + selection of cereals and toast.”
