Nice classy hotel..right next to police station...very secure place to be!

The mattress was awful

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The reason we chose this hotel is because of its excellent location. It's very walkable with beautiful green areas and quite neighborhoods surrounding it. There are many good restaurants within walking distance (our favorite is Taco Buddha). This hotel has a whole host of amenities including EV charging, parking (for a fee), a pool, and on-site bar. What it doesn't have is smart TVs or fully free Internet access. This means if you want to watch something on Netflix or anything streaming, you need to bring your own Firestick or Roku. Even if you want to watch something on your computer, you'll be charged for higher bandwidth. Free Internet is only for emails and other things that require light access. The rooms are pretty clean although our carpet was still dirty with tangled hair. I can't be overly critical about this since I can tell they do make the effort to get the room clean it might just be that the vacuum couldn't pick up the hair. Breakfast wasn't to our liking but it wasn't terrible. Staff was pleasant. Overall I recommend this hotel and would stay here again mainly because of its fantastic location!

This is THE hotel to stay at if you're visiting the Arch. It's a VERY short walk--cross street and you're at the park entrance in front of the arch. We got an arch view room and it did not disappoint. Only negative is long waits for the elevators at peak times and there's no chairs to sit in while waiting which a few mobility challenged patrons noted.
